The figures you type into the duty check (company type, employees, turnover, balance sheet total and the optional prior-year figures) are processed in your browser to produce the result. They are not sent to us unless you ask us to email the result.
We store your email address, the company name and role if you give them, the figures you entered, the verdicts produced, the rule-set version and the time of the request. We use this to send you the result and, if you have agreed, occasional updates about the product. The lawful basis is consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing [privacy@domain] or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in its key-value store, and retained for [24 months] from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
This site sets no cookies of its own. [If you add Cloudflare Web Analytics, say so here: it is cookie-free and does not track individuals.]
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle it.
